The African savannah -- is there any other landscape more famous, more romanticized for its wildlife? The great cats, the majestic elephant,
the massive herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle that make up the Great Migration... all of these and so much more are to be found
scattered across the landscape among the baobab and acacia trees. It is more than a little humbling to see these majestic animals in their
natural habitat, interacting with each other as no zoo could ever recreate; to go to sleep to the sounds of a lion growling in the distance,
or a herd of zebra barking right outside your tent. Africa -- once you've been there, it will never leave your heart.
Introducing our newest release: East Africa -- Tanzania, Summer 2009. These thirty-one photographs are but a glimpse of the majesty to be found in the
savannahs and forests of East Africa. All of the photos were taken within Tanzania, a country that takes the protection of its wildlife
seriously. Almost a third of the country has been designated as national park land, the most famous of which is the Serengeti National Wildlife
Preserve.
Come, step inside. You won't believe what's waiting for you.
