Q: Can I get a print framed in a specific style of frame to match my decor?

general requests (i.e., a black frame to match your wall of black frames), and will
accomodate specific frame requests where possible. Please note that due to highly
variable prices for different frames, the price for your print may need to be adjusted.
Q: Can I get regular glass instead of the conservation non-glare or museum glass?
Is there a price difference for regular glass?
Regular glass is available at no additional charge, though we do not recommend it due to its low ability to block
ultraviolet rays and its high glare properties. Let us know of your preference by contacting us at

Q: Do you offer any other shipping options besides UPS ground?
Yes, though we use UPS ground as our standard shipping method due to its reliability and low cost to you. If you
prefer another shipping method or need expedited shipping, please select the special handling shipping
option and either include special instructions in your order or contact us at
customer-support@city-escapes-photography.com
and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please remember, however, that we still require sufficient time to print and frame your chosen print(s).
Q: Can I get my print sooner than 6-8 weeks?
We make every effort to get your prints to you in the shortest amount of time possible -- usually much faster than
6-8 weeks. We are often able to ship prints in two weeks or less. However, certain sizes require additional time
to print and frame. Also, we are a small company. If we are on a shoot, we will not be able to process your order
until we return.
Q: Can I include a personalized message with gift prints?
Absolutely! Either include the request with your order or
send us your message directly at

Please ensure that all names, etc. are spelled correctly, as we will print them
just as you send them to us.
Q: Can I request a specific Limited Edition number on my print?
Unfortunately not. We are not currently able to
support requests for specific print numbers on orders (e.g. multiples of 100, lucky numbers, etc.).
We allocate the print numbers sequentially across all sizes, as
each order is processed. Thus the first person to order a print, regardless of size or
print type, receives print number 1, the second receives print 2, etc. The print number
will be specified on the front of the print, along with Jodi’s signature. We also provide
a Certificate of Authenticity which contains this information.
