Payment and Return Policies

Your happiness is our goal! We strive to make the process of adding beauty to your life as easy as possible. We will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. We want you to be thrilled with your new print!

Payment Policy

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept money orders and certified checks. We do not accept personal checks, except upon prior approval, nor do we accept PayPal. Please do not send cash.

Shipping Policy

We normally ship UPS Ground. Other options are available, if necessary; simply contact us to discuss your preferences. Please allow six to eight weeks for your order to ship. We make every effort to get your prints to you in the shortest amount of time possible -- usually much faster than six to eight weeks. We are often able to ship prints in two weeks or less. However, certain sizes require additional time to print and frame. Also, we are a small company, so if we are on a shoot, we will not be able to process your order until we return.

We will not begin preparing your print until payment has been received.

Freight Damaged Items

All shipments are insured against damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and UPS immediately. We will work with you and UPS to replace your item as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your print! Therefore, you may return any item you have purchased from us within 30 days of the delivery date to the purchaser’s “ship to” designee. Standard items will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the item; custom orders will be issued a store credit for the amount of the item minus a 20% restocking fee.

• Please contact us if you intend to return an item. This will help to expedite getting your new item to you.
• All returns must be sufficiently protected for shipping, and must be insured against damage with the shipping carrier.
• For framed traditional prints and all canvas prints, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including the cost of returning the item to us, the cost of sending your new item back to you, and insurance for each leg of the shipping.
• For unframed traditional prints, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, including insurance. We will cover the cost of sending your new print back to you (ground shipping only).
• Upon receipt of the undamaged item to be exchanged, we will:
  • Inspect the item and confirm its undamaged condition.
  • Contact you, via e-mail, to confirm receipt of the item and its condition.
  • Make arrangements with you to ship your new item. Normal processing and shipping terms apply.
• If the return is a result of our error, we will reimburse the return shipping costs (ground shipping only), including insurance. We will also pay the costs associated with shipping the new item to you. Upon receipt of an item exchanged due to our error, we will:
  • Inspect the item, confirm its condition, and confirm our error.
  • Contact you, via e-mail, to confirm receipt of the item and its condition.
  • Assuming there is no damage to the item, we will reimburse your shipping costs via your payment method, and replace the item as quickly as possible. Normal processing and shipping terms apply.
• We do not accept items for return that have been damaged (this includes smears, fingerprints or creases on unframed prints), or items returned to us more than 30 days after the delivery date to the purchaser’s “ship to” designee.
